Eylem joined the Re.Group leadership team in 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience in people management with a strong strategic, change management and risk focus.
Eylem’s human resources management experience spans across various industries including retail, media, entertainment, utilities, construction, and transport.
As well as passion and energy for recycling and resource management, Eylem has a Degree in HRM and Psychology from University of Sydney, together with accreditations in Training and Assessment and Change management. She is an active member of the Australian HR Institute and volunteers as a mentor across different organisations.
Eylem will be bringing her extensive knowledge to help transition Re.Group into this new phase of growth and expansion.
